Everyone wants amazing abs and a good body but the problem is that
very people know how to get there. Also, weights and gym memberships are
expensive these days and you probably will not have access to them
while you travel.
The following workout can be done in as quickly
as three minutes and the only equipment you need is your own body. The
workout consists of doing each of the following exercises for 15 seconds
each and then taking a 15 second rest period before the next one. If
you want to raise the difficulty, you can do it for more time, perhaps
20 or 30 seconds each
*Pushups
These are pretty self explanatory. The trick
for your pushups to be effective is to keep a solid form. Make sure
your back is strait and your legs are fully extended. Make your pushups
as fast and bring yourself as low to the ground as you possibly can.
*Mountain climbers
To
do this exercise, go to a pushup position with your butt sticking up
slightly. Now alternatingly, jump and move your legs one at a time up
behind your hands. This is a good cardio workout for legs, core, and
arms.
*V ups
This is one of the best ab workouts
around. Lay on your back with your feet and legs strait out in front of
you. Then, move your body up, bending at your midsection, and try and
touch your hands to the tips of your feet. It is very important to keep
your body rigid during this exercise .
*Hip thrusters
Also
know as half burpees, this exercise is very similar to the mountain
climbers you hopefully did earlier. Everything starts the same but
instead of alternating your feet, you move both feet at once. You must
go into a pushup position and then jump up so your both of your feet are
behind your hands, then jump back. It is very important to do these
hard and fast during the workout period.
*High knees
This
exercise is very similar to running in place, but you bring your knees
with each step all the way up so that they are perpendicular to your
hips. Do these fast and push yourself to get your knees high.
*Squats
By
this time you should be gasping your breath. Squats are one of the
simpler exercises and to do them, you position your feet shoulder width
apart and stand up straight. Then, you bend your knees, keeping the
balance on the balls of your feet. Stand back up and repeat.
In
the end, the amount that you gain from this workout is up to you. If you
put 100 percent of your effort into every single second, you will see
results. It does not take much to be successful with these exercises as
you only need a few commercials while you are watching TV at night to
fit it into your day.
